Sappy Sips

Returns & Policies

Return Policy

We want you to love your Sappy Sips. If something isn’t right, here’s how we’ll make it right.

  • Unopened items: return within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be unopened and in the original packaging.
  • Opened or used items: because the corks and straws touch food and drink, we can’t accept returns of opened or used products.
  • Damaged or defective: if your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll send a free replacement or a full refund.
  • Return shipping: paid by the customer for unopened returns. We cover it for damaged, defective or incorrect orders.
  • Refunds: issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the return.
  • Wholesale orders: covered by the terms on your wholesale invoice.

To start a return, call or text (720) 365-5149 or email hello@sappysips.com with your name and order details.

About Our Images

Some of the lifestyle and party images on this website and in our ads were created or enhanced with artificial intelligence (AI) to show how Sappy Sips can be used. The people and scenes in those images are not real customers. Product appearance, colors and size may vary slightly from what is shown. Our product photos show the actual Sappy Sips flower cork and straws you’ll receive.

Sip Responsibly

Sappy Sips is a drinking accessory intended for adults 21 and older. Please enjoy responsibly and never drink and drive.
